Our staff have all spent their time immersing themselves in technology, and have all grown up watching the latest and greatest (and sometimes the not so greatest) advances come, with a keen thirst to understand and take advantage of it. We want you to take that advantage as well. We provide a number of services to extend the usability of your technology and enrich your experience with it. And with over 15 years of combined experience across a wide fronter of technology, we stand willing and able to help you get the most out of your devices. You spent the money on it, why not make the most of it!

Our Goal

Hornsby IT's goal is simple. To provide the best service at the best price to home users and small businesses. We tailor our services to best support the customers with small budgets that other IT service companies don't want to deal with, or view with much disregard due to the size of the operation. We've seen home and small business users struggle with IT, attempting to do it themselves to save costs. We've seen them make things worse and get stuck with big bills to fix it up. We want to solve the problem by having prices so low that you'll get us to do everything the first time, and not just to fix up problems when they get out of hand (and out of budget). And most importantly, we want to empower you to know what to do when things do go wrong.

Our Staff

Hornsby IT's staff are geeks born and bred. We've held high responsibility support and maintenance roles within several high profile companies ranging from consumer and business electronic servicing, to large scale network administration in situations that demand both stringent security and maximum uptime.

In our spare time we tinker with everything from home automation, amature robotics, to server and website administration. We love to take existing products and bend them to our will. We like to create our own way of doing things, and we love to discover. We enjoy helping each other, and others who can see the benefits and have a desire to understand the increasingly complex world we live in. Technology is here to serve, not fear.

As our profile and skills build, we hope to bring some of our own home brew technologies into the consumer and small business space, and look forward to presenting our clients with new inspiring technologies of our own creation, to assist you in your day to day life. In the meantime, we simply want to help you understand what you have, and how to make the best of it.
