Hornsby IT Remote Support Downloads
Quick Support 
The Quick Support download allows you to run a small program to allow us remote access into your computer. This remote access will allow us to control your mouse and keyboard and view what is on your screen. You will still be able to see what is happening while we are remotely accessing your system.
In order to receive remote support, you will first need to contact a Hornsby IT staff member. The software itself cannot log a support request.
