Remote Support

The Remote Support software allows us to remotely access your computer's display (seeing what you see), and interact with your computer (controlling the mouse and keyboard). You will still be able to see what is happening while we are remotely accessing your system.

In order to receive remote support, you will first need to contact a Hornsby IT staff member. The software itself cannot log a support request.
